To love the lost, we have to start by caring for their plight. The hard part, though, is moving beyond emotion to proper action. Join us today as we explore how to love those far from God in heart, word, AND deed.
Lost people matter to God. He is actively seeking to save them, and He calls us to join Him in His efforts. We can get involved by caring about their plight, sharing the good news with them, and throwing a party when they come home.
It’s easy to slide into a state of spiritual slumber when it comes to how important or how urgent it is to heed God’s call to love. Join us as we explore Paul’s wake-up call to the Romans and seize the opportunity to live (and love) as though God’s Kingdom has already arrived!
With all the opposition we face in this life, it’s hard not to feel powerless and even hopeless. What a privilege to know that God has given us another name to counter these defeating feelings. Join us this morning as we consider together how to fight back against these external pressures.
There is a battle going on between God and the forces of darkness in this world for the right to establish your identity (give you your “name”). We have a say about which one of these forces will shape the way we see ourselves – whose “name” will you choose to embrace?
